• If you subscribe, payment information is handled securely by the App Store (Apple) . We do not store your payment details.

 we use third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob). These partners may collect and process information such as:

Device Identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Advertising ID).

Advertising Partners: We share strictly limited technical data (such as Device IDs and ad interaction data) with advertising networks like Google AdMob to serve ads within the app. This collection is necessary to offer the free version of our service.

Media may be temporarily stored for analysis but is not shared outside of the app’s intended use.

• You can delete your account at any time, and or request deletion of your gallery history and private messages.
   
• You can control notifications and permissions from your device settings.
   
• You can contact support to request data deletion.
   

Octag AI is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or allow uploads involving minors. If we learn that underage content has been submitted, it will be removed and accounts may be terminated.

To protect user safety and privacy:

We store your account information for as long as your account is active.

Media you upload is stored in your private Personal Gallery until you choose to delete it or terminate your account.
